Degree in Statistics at Sapienza University of Rome, registered at the Rome Register of Chartered Accountants and Register of Accounting Auditors, appointed expert witness in financial matters at the Court of Rome. He started his tax consultant career at Arthur Young, where he was in charge as Supervisor at Rome office, Manager at Milan Office and Resident Partner at Naples office. After AY, he founded an Associated tax firm in Rome, where devoted much of his professional career to the study of tax law and, having gained a strong international focus for his business consulting, he has developed distinctive expertise in assisting foreign clients in Italy and Italian clients wishing to invest and operate their business abroad. He has been guest professor at Sapienza University of Rome, Urbino “Carlo Bo” University and “Roma Tre” University, where he has taught regular courses on taxation and business. He has been columnist for more than 10 years on “IlSole24Ore”, the most popular and influential Italian business newspaper as expert in “Business and Tax relief”.

Highly competent in tax and company law, he devoted much of his professional activity to business restructuring plans, due diligence, corporate mergers and divisions, supporting the clients from the assessment of the companies to the closing of problematic capital operation. He has consolidated expertise in the ordinary and extraordinary corporate management, in business development both in Italy and abroad.  He counseled several clients in the generational handovers, succession planning and corporate transactions. Over the years, he gained significant experience in tax litigation, representing a wide range of clients, assisting both Italian Public Companies and private entities through all phases and forms of litigation. He has served and actually serves as Corporate Companies Auditor and Member of Board of Directors.

He devoted much of his professional career to the study of tax law, investigating very complex issues for his clients - for the most part companies. His interest for the subject and the experience made easier the solution of disputes, including the most difficult, with the Financial Authority in both pre-contentious phase and in the Tributary Committee. Over the years he gained significant expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions both nationally and internationally and in the renovation of companies. He currently serves as Corporate Companies Auditor and Member of Board of Directors, mostly in public companies. Since September 2013 he is personally developing the new branch of Studio Siniscalco in New York.
